Project Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities (Hospitality Projects):

Manage end-to-end execution of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants)

Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and operators

Ensure adherence to brand standards, design intent, quality, and timelines

Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and site activities

Oversee contractors, specialized trades, and material procurement

Resolve site coordination issues and manage variations

Ensure timely testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover
