Project Manager

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and manage all project activities from start to completion.
• Prepare project timelines, work programs, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely execution.
• Manage project budgets, BOQ, material requirements, and cost control.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and conduct site inspections regularly.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.
• Prepare project progress reports, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Handle client meetings, approvals, and ensure project satisfaction.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, and project staff.
• Ensure timely billing and support in contractor/vendor bill verification.

Required Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project execution
• Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ, estimation, and project scheduling
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle pressure

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Government / Private / Industrial / Infrastructure projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience in quality control and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD (added advantage)
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice preferred
