Project Manager

Ensure end-to-end project execution and contractual management within approved budget, maintaining quality, safety, and timelines with zero incidents, while ensuring accurate billing and timely fund collection — thereby completing projects profitably with full customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Planning & Scope

1.    Understand the project scope, drawings, and contractual requirements by reviewing agreements and cost implications — ensuring clear execution plans aligned with budget and deliverables.

2.    Develop detailed project schedules from overall to micro level using milestone planning — achieving on-time progress as per client-agreed completion dates.

B. Resource & Team Management

3.    Mobilize manpower, materials, machinery, and site infrastructure by planning accommodation, office setup, and local sourcing — ensuring readiness for seamless execution.

4.    Plan staff deployment and resource allocation based on work sequence and project needs — optimizing manpower efficiency and avoiding idle resources.

5.    Develop and motivate project teams by identifying strengths, addressing gaps, and maintaining a positive culture — improving performance and accountability.

C. Execution & Methodology

6.    Implement approved work methodologies and construction techniques with cost control — ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and client acceptance.

7.    Coordinate daily with clients, consultants, and HO teams — resolving site issues quickly and maintaining workflow continuity.

8.    Ensure quality and safety at all stages by enforcing quality plans, inspections, toolbox talks, and preventive measures — achieving zero safety incidents and defect-free work.

D. Cost & Commercial Management

9.    Monitor project expenses and procurement by verifying rate analyses, controlling local purchases, and reviewing material reconciliations — maintaining expenditures within approved budgets.

10.Manage client billing and fund flow by ensuring timely invoice submission and follow-up until receipt — improving company cash flow and project profitability.

11.Approve and control subcontractor billing and additional work items with HO coordination — ensuring fair payment and claim recovery.

12.Maintain complete documentation of client bills, subcontractor records, machinery usage, and payments — ensuring transparency and compliance in reporting.

E. Performance & Reporting

13.Track project progress, hindrances, and delays due to external factors like rain, drawings, or fund constraints — enabling proactive mitigation and proper claim justification.

14.Report financial and physical progress to management periodically — supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.
