Job Description

  • Manage multiple projects and lead a team of site engineers.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and
  • handover.
  • Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely
  • completion.
  • Coordinate with designers, site engineers, contractors and suppliers for seamless
  • execution.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

  • Monitor project progress, address site challenges and implement corrective actions as
  • needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess status and resolve issues.
  • Manage client communication and expectations as well as approvals from the architects
  • throughout the project.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation, including labor, materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including timelines, financials and risk assessments.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost
  • overruns.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams for timely material sourcing and delivery.
  • Lead project meetings, providing clear directives and updates to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, drawings and approvals.
