Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager (5 Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate must have hands-on experience working with project management software and will be responsible for managing daily construction and interiors site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records
- Handle daily progress report
- Client coordination
- Vendor Purchase orders and negotiations
- Material management
- extract work from site supervisors
- Track expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Project manager
- Mandatory knowledge of Excel and Cadd
- Good understanding of BOQ
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners
- Experience in handling end-to-end project management
