Job Description


  • Prepare and review quotations, work orders and payment certifications in accordance with project agreements.
  • Verify quantities, rates and work completion against purchase orders and contracts.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to validate work progress before processing vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, scope of work and quality standards before billing approval.
  • Maintain records of bills, payment schedules, and reconciliation reports.
  • Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to address billing discrepancies and resolve disputes.
  • Track project budgets, costs and variations to ensure proper financial control.
  • Assist in preparing project cost reports and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure all tax deductions, retention amounts and statutory compliance are correctly applied in vendor bills.
  • Work closely with the finance and accounts department for payment processing and
  • audits.
  • Optimise billing processes and introduce best practices to enhance efficiency.
