Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Procure IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices) as per requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations and pricing.
- Compare quotations and negotiate cost-effective purchase deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO).
- Handle invoice generation, billing, and documentation.
- Verify product details, quantity, and pricing before billing and dispatch.
- Maintain purchase and billing records for tracking and audit.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery from vendors.
- Support in payment processing and vendor follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of procurement and billing processes
- Basic understanding of IT hardware/products
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Tally / ERP systems
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / related field / Any degree
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in purchase, billing, or accounts
