Job SummaryThe Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing industrial safety equipment and related materials required for business operations. Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop reliable suppliers for safety equipment and industrial products.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Prepare and process purchase orders based on sales and stock requirements.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with the store department.

• Monitor market trends, price changes, and product availability.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.

• Ensure purchased materials meet company quality standards.

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth procurement.

• Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities.

• Ensure cost efficiency and timely procurement.
