Role: Purchase Executive

Objective:

To ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services by identifying the right vendors and establishing strong purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Sourcing & Development

Scout, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors to build a strong supply base.

• Requirement Gathering

Coordinate with internal teams to understand material/service requirements, specifications, and timelines.

• Quotation & Cost Optimization

Obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure best value for the organization.

• Process Building

Establish and streamline procurement processes, including RFQ, PO issuance, and vendor evaluation systems.

• Compliance & Governance

Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
