Procurement: Purchase requests (PR), Purchase orders (PO), RFQs (Request for Quotation),

Vendor Management: Able to build and maintain strong, win-win relationships with suppliers & knowledge in new Supplier sourcing

Financial Skills: Good at comparing budgets, checking costs, and performing cost calculations to help

in better decision-making.

Problem Solving: Can resolve issues like damaged goods or supplier delays and facility related

problems.

Administrative Support: Experienced in managing facilities for 30+ people

Attention to Detail: Skilled in keeping records, documents, and reports accurate.

Communication: Good at clear verbal and written communication with suppliers and team members.

Event Management: Skilled in managing facilities and logistics for large events including arranging

Handled procurement for events and office needs, including vendor selection, RFQs, and comparing
