Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and
maintain strong relationships with clients in the tech event industry. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client engagement, ensuring
seamless event experiences, and driving business growth through exceptional
customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of the event
industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven
events.
Key Responsibilities·
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their event-related needs and expectations are met.
· Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for event participation, sponsorships, and engagement opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and event operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
· Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing client-related activities before, during, and after events.
· Gather and analyze client feedback to improve future event experiences and services.
· Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for repeat event participation.
· Identify opportunities for upselling sponsorship packages and premium event experiences.
· Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and event participation using CRM tools.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or event management, preferably in the tech industry.
· Strong understanding of tech events, conferences, and sponsorship structures.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
· Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a customer-first approach.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools) and event management platforms.
· Flexibility to travel and attend industry events when required.
