QE Engineer
Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)
Job Description: • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) • Convert business requirements and user stories into automated test cases • Perform UI and API test automation with focus on scalability and reliability • Validate REST APIs and ensure end-to-end test coverage • Perform data validation and database testing to ensure data integrity • Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Product teams for quality delivery • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines • Build and maintain reusable automation components and libraries • Ensure test coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting accuracy • Explore and implement AI-based testing solutions Required Skills: • Strong experience with Playwright (JavaScript) • Hands-on experience in UI automation testing • Experience in API testing (REST, Postman, request/response validation) • Strong knowledge of SQL and data validation • Experience in automation framework development • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, APIs) • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have: • Exposure to AI-based testing (self-healing, test generation) • Experience with UiPath, TestIM or similar tools • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience Level
