QMS Manager – Job Opening

Tracole Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to oversee, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the organization’s management systems in compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, Security, and IT Audit standards, customer requirements, and company policies.

The role focuses on successful implementation, monitoring, and long-term sustenance of all applicable certification and audit standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)

Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, EMS, OHSAS, Security/SIT, and IT Audit standards

Lead successful implementation, monitoring, and sustenance of EMS, OHSAS, Security, and IT audit compliance requirements

Manage and coordinate internal audits, external certification audits, IT audits, customer audits, and surveillance audits

Lead PFMEA preparation, review, and risk mitigation activities

Develop and maintain Control Plans, SOPs, Quality Procedures, and Work Instructions

Monitor quality KPIs and system performance metrics; prepare management review reports

Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and continual improvement initiatives

Ensure robust document control, record management, and audit documentation systems

Train employees on quality, environmental, safety, security, and IT audit requirements

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, IT, and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance

Support new product and process quality planning including APQP-related activities

Periodically review system effectiveness to ensure certification compliance and sustainability

Qualifications & Requirements

Any Degree (Quality / Technical background preferred)

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QMS / Integrated Management Systems / Quality Assurance

Strong working knowledge of:

ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

IATF 16949

IT Audit standards / compliance frameworks

PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and audit procedures

Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Effective communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination abilities

Core Skills Required
