Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QC Executive to support quality control and inventory management activities. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, performing quality inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and assisting in process improvements to support smooth warehouse or production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock records and assist in monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Perform quality checks on incoming materials, during packing, and at final dispatch as per defined standards.

Assist in implementing and following quality control procedures to meet company and customer requirements.

Support stock tracking, reconciliation, and identification of discrepancies or damages.

Maintain proper documentation related to stock movements, inspections, and quality reports.

Coordinate with warehouse, production, and other departments to ensure smooth stock flow and QC activities.

Assist in identifying areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in storage and handling areas.

Report quality issues or stock concerns to seniors and support timely resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (Freshers with relevant exposure can apply).

Basic knowledge of inventory management and quality control concepts.

Familiarity with stock handling, inspection procedures, and documentation.

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and reporting.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
