Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes while conducting reviews in collaboration with global Quality Assurance initiatives and processes. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, facilitating discussions to enhance quality measures, and implementing strategies that promote continuous improvement across projects. You will also analyze feedback and data to refine processes, ensuring that the quality of deliverables meets organizational expectations and client requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of quality processes. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality initiatives and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics effectively. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
