Job Description – Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS)

Position Type: Full-time (On-roll)

Location: Ambattur (Work from Office) – must be flexible for night shifts

CTC: ₹3.3 – 3.6 LPA

Position Overview : The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure delivery excellence by monitoring back-office operations, implementing QA frameworks, and driving continuous improvement. The QAS will evaluate processes, perform audits, and publish quality metrics while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct QA evaluation, analysis, and reporting on project performance.
• Monitor key quality indicators such as CSAT, DSAT, and Quality Dashboards.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and update training materials and SOPs for clients.
• Implement and apply 7 QC tools for process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance compliance with standards and best practices.
• Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Quality concepts and 7 QC Tools.
• Hands-on experience in CSAT/DSAT tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office 360 Suite.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written).
• Team collaboration and independent working skills.
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Quality roles.
• At least 1 year in Quality Assurance within back-office or technical services.
• Strong exposure to QA frameworks and performance improvement tools.

Required Skills:

Quality concepts7 QC Tools CSAT/DSAT tracking, dashboards, and reporting.

Preferred Skills :

RCA (Root Cause Analysis) skills.MS Office 360 Suite ,Excellent communication

Experience : 3-5 years

Education :Graduation (10 + 2 + 3)
