ROLE : Senior Civil Quality Control Engineer

Gender: Male

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Quality Control Engineer with a minimum of 10 years in the construction company. The ideal Male candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil engineering works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements at site location.

Key Responsibilities - Quality Assurance & Control

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for civil construction projects.
• Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor construction processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Site QC Lab Management
• Site QC Document Control
• Site Staff , Consultant & Client QC Co-Ordination

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure proper documentation of test results, certifications, and approvals.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Support audits and third-party inspections.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, QA/QC documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
