Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY:
· Carrying out Incoming Inspection as per drawing/standards
· Carrying out In-process Inspection as per Control Plan, WI, drawing
· Carrying out Final Inspection as per drawing/control plan
· Maintenance of Sample Approval Report given by Customer (for the New Products Developed)
· Co-ordination & Follow up for Calibration [of Gauges, Instrument]
· Verification of Calibration Certificate of Gauges, Instrument, Equipments for Acceptance
· Release of Finished Product to customer
· To stop process in case of any NC / Quality Problem
· Prepare and Maintain PPAP documents.
· Following the standard requirements of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018
