Role: Quality Control Associate (Off roll)

Job Description

• The resource is expected to be fully aware of the Quality Management system. Preferred experience in Cartons / Laminates / Labels / Cigarette Packaging

• They should understand basics of quality control, types of defects, defect identification – Visual, testing against specification, functional aspects and end use aspects of the packaging material

• They must have a keen eye to catch and contain defects, based on sampling protocols

• They must be able to follow SOP and operate lab testing equipment like Weighing scale, vernier caliper/micrometer, UTM, Bond strength measurements, oven, moisture analyzer, microscope, etc

• They must get trained on 7 QC Tools to identify root-cause of problem and arrive at implementable corrective and preventive actions

• They must comply and drive Food safety and Quality culture in the organization
