Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. By focusing on key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
