Job Description
- Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of incoming, in-process, and final products.
- Ensure all components meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Plug & Ring Gauges.
- Record inspection findings and maintain proper documentation.
- Report non-conformities and coordinate with production and quality teams for corrective actions.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain 5S and follow standard work practices at the workstation.
- Key Skills Required:Knowledge of basic quality tools (5 Why, Pareto, Ishikawa preferred).
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Qualification:Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related field.
