Quality Inspector

• Key Responsibilities:Perform visual and dimensional inspection of interior components (seats, trims, dashboards, door pads, roof linings, etc.)
• Identify, record, and report defects such as scratches, dents, color mismatches, and fitment issues.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain inspection reports, defect logs, and daily quality records.
• Follow 5S and safety procedures on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for problem-solving and corrective actions.
• Skills Required:Strong understanding of automotive interior parts inspection.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (vernier, height gauge, radius gauge, etc.).
• Knowledge of AQL, in-process & final inspection methods.
• Good attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Salary:19000- 21000 per month (based on experience & interview)
