MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE/ SR / MANAGER QUALITY 

• To ensure adequate Quality Management System documentation as per IATF 16949:2016 

• To monitor Production and Quality Performance by periodic review with departmental heads.

• To approve all Quality Procedure, Quality Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Stage Drawings.

• To organize Internal Audits.

• To organize Management Review Meetings and report performance of the Quality System to the Top Management.

• To do liaison with external agencies for matters relating to Quality System as and when required.

• To co-ordinate for timely and effective actions by the concerned departments to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System and take corrective actions for all NCRs found during IQA.

• Authorized to stop the line in case of any quality problem 

• Responsible for Selection of Special Characteristics

• Responsible for identification of Interested parties, their needs and expectations, internal and external issues

• Responsible for updation of Risk Assessment register for overall organization 

• Responsible for updation in Customer portals and monitoring of Customer Scorecards.esi
