Job Summary:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor SITE MANAGMENT ) is responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, tender documentation, and managing project budgets. This role focuses on office-based QS activities including contract administration, vendor coordination, and reporting to ensure financial control and efficiency in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.

* Analyze rates, quotations, and prepare comparison statements.

* Support contract negotiations and manage documentation.

* Track project budgets, variations, and cost control measures.

* Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.

* Coordinate with project/site teams for measurement details and updates.

* Maintain proper records, MIS, and financial reports.

* Liaise with consultants, vendors, and clients for approvals and clarifications.

* Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
