Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, including the estimation of costs, procurement, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor the project budget.
• Procure materials and services, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Provide advice on contractual matters and resolve disputes if any arise.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a construction or site engineering role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
