Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 5–8 years of proven expertise in cost management, contract administration, and financial control of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and in compliance with contractual and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
• Monitor project costs and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts with clients and contractors
• Evaluate tenders, conduct cost comparisons, and assist in contractor selection
• Prepare and certify interim valuations and payment certificates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with large-scale or complex projects
• Familiarity with FIDIC or other standard forms of contracts
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS or equivalent) is an advantage
