Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and rate analysis for projects.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Verify contractor bills and site measurements.
- Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts teams for cost tracking.
- Assist in tendering, budgeting, and material reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in quantity surveying (PEB / industrial / civil works preferred).
