Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer with experience in high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate will handle quantity measurements, contractor billing, and cost control work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Take site measurements and prepare quantity statements

Prepare and check contractor running bills (RA bills) and final bills

Match contractor bills with actual site work and approved drawings

Prepare client bills as per work progress

Track project costs and budget

Maintain records for extra works and variations

Coordinate with site engineers and accounts team

Ensure bills are submitted on time and correctly

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

4–8 years experience in high-rise residential projects

Good knowledge of measurement and billing works

Experience in basement, structure, and finishing works

Basic knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
