Head-Activations, Quick Commerce for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and sales within the rapid-delivery ecosystem The role focuses on creating immediate, impactful experiences that leverage the speed and convenience intrinsic to quick commerce.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Campaign Development: Designing Developing and implementing brand activation campaigns that create memorable, hyperlocal experiences to attract new shoppers and build loyalty.

· Channel Management: Utilizing a mix of online and offline channels, including in-app advertising formats (banners, sponsored listings, push notifications) and physical activations like pop-up stores and sampling stations.

· Data-Driven Optimization: Using data and analytics to understand consumer behavior in real-time, such as purchase patterns during different times of the day, to optimize ad spend and campaign effectiveness.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure product availability and accurate delivery promises, which are crucial conversion drivers in quick commerce.

· Partnership & Influencer Marketing: Collaborating with local businesses, micro-creators, and influencers for authentic, socially shareable "flash moments" and regional campaigns.

Core Focus Areas

· Hyperlocal Strategy: Tailoring marketing messages and activations to specific geographic locations, as customer needs and preferences can vary significantly between cities or even neighborhoods.

· Immediate Engagement: Capturing "micro-moments" of high intent and zero patience, focusing on clear communication, trust signals, and immediate calls-to-action (e.g., instant coupons via QR codes).
