Real Estate Consultant / Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive (Field) who will be responsible for lead generation, team handling, and closing property deals through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, site visits, references, and local marketing activities
• Handle and guide a team of sales executives/telecallers to achieve targets
• Meet prospective clients and explain property details, pricing, and payment plans
• Coordinate site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures
• Maintain daily sales reports and lead data
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate field sales
• Experience in lead generation and team handling is mandatory
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Willing to work in the field and visit sites regularly
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
