Job Overview

The Real Estate Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote residential or commercial real estate projects. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting the sales team to achieve project sales targets through effective marketing campaigns and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Promote properties through digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and property listings.
• Manage online property portals and company website listings.
• Generate sales leads through marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Organize property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor marketing strategies.
• Maintain customer database and follow up with potential buyers.

Required Skills
