Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in real estate property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property selection, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals for residential or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms

·        Handle customer inquiries related to property sales

·        Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers

·        Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

·        Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation

·        Maintain follow-ups with prospects and convert them into customers

·        Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation process

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
