Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop relationships with potential buyers and investors.

* Manage end-to-end property sales - from lead generation to deal closure.

* Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients

* Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales support.


Requirements:

* 0 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.

* Freshers with strong communication and confidence may apply for Associate roles.

* Must have own vehicle and be comfortable with travel.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Dynamic personality with a target-driven approach.
