Real Estate Sales Manager

Required skills:

• Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate information about properties and effectively engage with potential clients over the phone. Experience and working knowledge of Sales & Marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling skills: Convincing potential customers to schedule property viewings and move forward in the buying/renting process.
• Active listening: Effectively understanding customer needs and concerns to tailor presentations accordingly.
• Time management: Managing a high volume of calls and maintaining a consistent follow-up schedule.
• Customer service orientation: Building rapport with potential clients and providing a positive experience.
• Basic knowledge of real estate: Understanding property types, key terms, and the sales process.
• Experience: 1 to 2 year Sales experience in Real Estate.
• Experience and working knowledge of Sales & Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salary for Sales Team Starting 13,000 to 30,000 depends on Experience.
• Salary for Telecalers Starting 12,000 to 20,000.
