Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Sales Manager with a proven track record in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate is a confident closer, understands the end-to-end sales cycle, and can manage high-value clients while consistently achieving targets.

  • Key Responsibilities Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful property sales
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from client inquiry to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings (online & offline)
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms to close deals effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners
  • Maintain accurate client data, follow-ups, and sales reports
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new project launches
  • Requirements & Skills2–5+ years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of residential / luxury / investment real estate
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience dealing with high-ticket clients is a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and professional in approach
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, lead management, and follow-up systems
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in Dubai / international real estate sales (added advantage)
  • Existing client network is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior sales agents
