Real Estate Sales- SM /ASM

Key Responsibilities:

·        Generate and follow up on sales leads

·        Conduct virtual or in-person property presentations and site visits

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

·        Close deals and meet sales targets

·        Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions

·        Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer service

Requirements:

·        Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate background preferred)

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Goal-oriented and self-motivated

·        Comfortable with remote work setup

·        Willing to travel locally for office-related work or site visits
