Job Description
- Should handled the Team at least 10 to 15 people.
- Need only Real Estate background Team Leaders.
- Have to manage the Team AND also has the capability of working along with team telecallers.
- Conduct day to day meeting with team and giving motivation in the morning.
- Have to close the leads generated by the team in daily basis. Have to complete the tasks which will be given by management.
- Need proper closure on daily basis and also monthly basis.
- We are seeking for Pro-active leader who can complete the Sales target.
