Dental Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Dental Clinic Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support the smooth functioning of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a comfortable clinic experience
• Manage patient registrations, records, and follow-ups
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments between patients and the dentist
• Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries professionally
• Assist the dentist and clinical staff when required during procedures or clinic operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the clinic
• Manage basic billing, payments, and appointment registers
• Ensure patient confidentiality and proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy clinical environment
• Basic computer knowledge (appointments, billing, records)
• Willingness to assist the doctor whenever needed
• Responsible for maintaining discipline and smooth daily workflow in the clinic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of basic dental terminology is an added advantage
