Job Description

Key responsibilities

Greeting visitors: Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel while providing a positive and professional atmosphere.

Managing communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails, and take messages when necessary.

Scheduling and coordination: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members.

Administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.

Mail and deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.

Office maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Inventory management: Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
