Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a pleasant and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have basic communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  •  Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a friendly manner

  •  Answer, screen, and forward phone calls

  •  Maintain visitor records and handle incoming/outgoing mail

  •  Coordinate with departments for appointments and meetings

  •  Manage front office cleanliness and supplies

  •  Assist in basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, etc.)

Requirements:

  •  Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi added advantage)

  •  Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

  •  Pleasant personality and professional attitude

  •  Minimum qualification: 12th pass

  •  Prior experience in reception or front office work is an advantage
