Role Recruiter

Experience : 3 – 6 Yrs in preferable from Automotive/Mfg hiring with high volume requirements from consultant background or corporate.

• Hands on experience to LinkedIn & Naukri sourcing must to have

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar positions in the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Interact with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations.
• Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Use diverse sourcing strategies including headhunting, database mining, social media hiring, and referrals.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in candidate sourcing and screening, with attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) workday/SAP and recruitment tools is good to have.
