Source candidates through job portals, company website, social media, referrals, and other web platforms

Handle and manage job portal accounts (posting jobs, screening profiles, maintaining database)

Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Support employer branding initiatives on job portals and social platforms

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
