Job Description
- Source drivers through local networks, camps, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Explain company policies, earning potential, incentives, and onboarding process to potential drivers.
- Handle calls from interested drivers and convert them into successful joiners.
- Verify driver documents (License, Aadhaar, RC, Insurance, Background checks, etc.).
- Ensure all documents are valid and updated as per compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of driver information and onboarding status.
- Guide drivers through the onboarding process, app login, registration, and activation.
- Provide basic training on trip handling, customer service, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support drivers with queries related to payments, incentives, trips, and platform usage.
- Maintain daily sourcing reports, lead status, and joining numbers.
- Coordinate with operations, fleet managers, and city leads for driver allocation.
- Meet weekly/monthly sourcing targets.
