Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting our company’s growth.

 Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Conduct background and reference checks

Maintain candidate records in ATS

Build and maintain talent pipelines

Ensure a positive candidate experience

Prepare and extend job offers
