We are currently seeking a Recruitment Officer, to join our Chennai Team, and this position will be directly reporting to Lead Recruitment Officer, Group Construction HUB

About the mission we offer you:
Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for construction positions across Technip sites, in alignment with the global team. Engage and build strong networking with candidates from diverse nationalities to support the hiring of Group Construction HUB
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com., B.E., B.Tech).
- A qualification or specialization in Human Resources is preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.

About you:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage smooth TA processes aligned with Global Team.
• Responsible to work end to end on construction position mainly (ATS Utilization, Sourcing, Head hunting) across Technip sites.
• Work directly with global hiring managers on hiring needs
• Ensure hiring progress is captured and developing local & global dashboards.
• Ensure updating necessary data and having eye on details
• Ensure smooth on-boarding of candidates with aligning with GC - HUB
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Specifically for Construction roles in EPC Projects of Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, etc will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / PowerPoint and Excel is must
• Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate database management
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Professional email etiquette is desired
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews via Microsoft Teams
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity, aligned with professional standards, ethical business conduct, and organizational compliance practices.
