REGIONAL SALES MANAGER -LAP

Business Development:

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve LAP disbursement targets for the assigned region.

·         Identify high-potential catchments and drive lead generation through self-sourcing and channel partners.

·         Build and sustain strong relationships with Connectors, Consultants, and other sourcing channels.

Team Management:

·         Train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Relationship Officers.

·         Regularly monitor team performance, ensure productivity, and provide mentoring/coaching to achieve team KPIs.

Credit and Process Adherence:

·         Coordinate with the credit team to ensure quick TAT for login to disbursal.

·         Ensure quality sourcing with minimal deviations and adherence to credit policy.

·         Monitor file movement across login, sanction, and disbursal stages.

Reporting and Analysis:

·         Track regional sales performance through dashboards and MIS reports.

·         Analyse competitor activities and provide feedback to senior management.

·         Forecast sales trends and market conditions to proactively adjust strategy.
