Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for credit card sales

• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers

• Close sales and achieve assigned daily/monthly targets

• Maintain strong relationships with clients

• Update and maintain sales reports regularly

• Work in assigned nearby locations and retail/open market areas

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Chennai-based candidates preferred

• Willingness to work in field sales

Experience-Based Roles

• Sales Executive (Freshers): No prior experience required

• Team Leader (TL): Minimum 3 years of sales experience

• Relationship Manager (RM): Minimum 5 years of sales experience

Salary & Incentives

• Freshers: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 (In-hand)

• Team Leader (TL): 20% hike on existing salary

• Relationship Manager (RM): 20% hike on existing salary

• Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Performance-based)
