Role Overview:


As a Relationship Manager (Field Sales), you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, acquiring new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets and providing value-driven solutions to customers.



Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  •  Understand client requirements and present TradeIndia’s digital solutions effectively.

  •  Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through lead conversion and closures.

  •  Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.

  •  Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.



Desired Candidate Profile:

  •  Graduate (Any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.

  •  1–5 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / direct client acquisition.

  •  Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  •  Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

  •  Ability to work independently in the field and handle pressure.

  •  Proficiency in local language (Tamil) & English.



Compensation & Benefits:

  •  Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
