Job Description
- Client Acquisition: Find new home loan customers via networking, referrals, and market research.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve business goals for loan sourcing and disbursement.
- Client Servicing: Guide clients through the loan process, address queries, and resolve issues.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong ties with clients, channel partners (DSAs, brokers), and internal teams.
- Product Promotion: Present and explain home loan features and benefits.
- Cross-Selling: Offer other banking products (like Loan Against Property) to existing clients.
- Process Management: Ensure compliance and timely communication on loan status.
