Job Description – Relationship Manager (Insurance)

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with good knowledge of insurance products who can handle and convert online leads generated through Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up on online leads (Facebook, website inquiries, digital campaigns, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products (Life / Health / General, as applicable)
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for renewals and referral

Requirements

• Good knowledge of insurance products
• Experience in handling online/digital leads
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
• Self-motivated and target-driven
